HORECAtasks® uses only functional cookies and localStorage items that make your account work. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising tracking. On this page you'll find exactly what we store and why.

Consent? For the items below (all strictly necessary or functional), no consent is required under art. 129 §1 sub 2 of the Belgian Electronic Communications Act and art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. As soon as we ever add analytics or marketing, you'll receive an explicit opt-in.

Third-party services

Some integrations set their own cookies or make requests on your behalf:

Stripe — checkout & subscriptions. Cookies only on checkout.stripe.com during the payment flow. privacy statement.
Emergent LLM Key (behind Gemini Vision — AI photo scanner) — server-to-server request, places no cookies at the visitor.
Mailprotect — SMTP relay for system emails. Server-to-server, no cookies at the visitor.

Disable or clear yourself

You can clear all items at any time via your browser settings (usually: Settings → Privacy → Clear site data). Note that this will automatically log you out.
